医院专兼结合的思想政治工作队伍建设研究

A Study on the Construction of Ideological and Political Work Teams with Specialized and Concurrent Functions in Hospitals

以江苏省某三甲综合医院为例,通过梳理分析医院专兼结合的思想政治工作队伍建设现状,发现医院思想政治队伍面临专职、兼职思想政治工作人员数量均不足,青年工作者比例偏低,思想政治工作缺乏活力以及职称结构不均衡等问题。以此为依据探索医院思想政治工作需要做好顶层设计,重视青年队伍建设,加强继续教育专业培训,建立健全思想政治人才服务和思政工作评价体系,有助于进一步优化医院专兼结合的思想政治工作队伍,为医院高质量发展助力,为我国医疗卫生事业蓬勃发展提供有力保障。

Taking a 3A comprehensive hospital in Jiangsu Province as an example,the authors found the problems faced by the ideological and political team in hospitals,such as insufficient number of full-time and part-time ideological and political staff,low proportion of young workers,lack of vitality of ideological and political work and unbalanced structure of professional titles through sorting out the current situation of the construction of the ideological and political work team of the hospital.Based on this,the authors think that it is necessary to do a good job in the top-level design of ideological and political work in the hospital,attach importance to the construction of the youth team,strengthen the professional training of continuing education,establish and improve the ideological and political personnel service and ideological and political work evaluation system,which is helpful to further optimize the ideological and political work team of the hospital and help the high quality development of the hospital.Also,it will provide strong guarantee for the vigorous development of our country’s medical and health undertakings.
