基于虚拟水平衡的塔里木河区间水资源优化配置

摘要 针对塔里木河流域各子流域虚拟水输入输出的不平衡状态,以提高虚拟水输出格局相对水资源分布的均衡程度为目标,在分析虚拟水理论和评价其流动区域均衡性的基础上,选取2016年塔里木河流域不同地区的农业数据,建立融合了粮食流通的农业用水综合调控模型,对控制灌溉水使用总量前提下的粮食生产耗水和产量形成的流通格局进行了探讨,提出塔里木河流域各子流域农作物结构和农业用水调整的建议,拟定了优化虚拟水流动状态下的实体水和虚拟水统一配置方案,为干旱区粮食生产与水资源优化配置研究提供借鉴。 Aiming at the unbalanced state of virtual water input and output in each sub-basin of Tarim River Basin,and aiming at improving the equilibrium degree of virtual water output pattern relative to water resources distribution,the agricultural data of different regions of Tarim River Basin in 2016 were selected based on the analysis of virtual water theory and the evaluation of regional equilibrium of its flow.A comprehensive control model of agricultural water consumption combined with the grain circulation model was established.The circulation pattern formed by the water consumption and yield of grain production under the premise of controlling the total amount of irrigation water was discussed,and the unified allocation scheme of physical water and virtual water under the condition of optimizing the flow of virtual water was proposed,which provided reference for the research on the optimal allocation of grain production and water resources in arid areas.
