敦化灌区节水改造必要性和效益评价研究

Necessity and Benefit Evaluation of Water Saving Reconstruction in Dunhua Irrigation District

山西省敦化灌区是区域农业供水关键工程,但是日益老化,为更好地促进区域农业高质量发展,有效改善地方民生福祉,确保粮食安全,灌区进行节水改造刻不容缓。以敦化灌区节水改造项目为例介绍灌区节水改造前的情况和项目建设标准,分析节水改造的必要性和所产生的效益。结论表明,该项目实施可行性较强,同时相关评价分析经验可为类似项目评价提供一定的参考。

Dunhua Irrigation District in Shanxi Province is a key project of regional agricultural water supply,but it is aging day by day.In order to better promote the high-quality development of regional agriculture,effectively improve the local people's well-being,and ensure food security,it is urgent for the irrigation district to carry out water saving reconstruction.Taking the water saving reconstruction project of Dunhua Irrigation District as an example,this paper introduces the situation before water saving reconstruction and project construction standard,analyzes the necessity and benefits of water saving reconstruction,and concludes that the project is feasible.Relevant evaluation and analysis experience can provide certain reference for similar project evaluation.
