土石坝病害诊断成果分析

摘要 某水库蓄水运行期间出现渗漏水,导致土石坝坝体桩号1+400—1+600段呈现明显裂缝、沉降变形等病害,已对库坝的安全运行产生极大影响。为查明该库坝病害所呈现的具体情况及其成因,根据病害类型的表征特点,选择具有无损检测的物理探测诊断技术,辅以微破损的小口径钻孔技术对库坝渗漏、坝体裂缝、沉降变形、填筑质量等情况进行实体诊断,提出一套针对性强、适宜性好、诊断精度高、安全可靠的技术和方法。其实体诊断成果已作为该库坝病害修复及加固方案的基础依据,对库坝病害进行了加固修复和灌浆补强处理,使库坝设计功能得到较好发挥,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,可供类似工程项目借鉴。 Water leakage occurred during the impoundment operation of a reservoir,resulting in obvious cracks,settlement deformation and other diseases in the pile number 1+400~1+600 section of the earth-rock dam body,which has greatly affected the safe operation of the reservoir and dam.In order to find out the specific situation and causes of the reservoir dam diseases,according to the characteristics of the disease types,the physical detection and diagnosis technology with nondestructive testing is selected,supplemented by the small-diameter drilling technology with micro-damage to carry out the physical diagnosis of the reservoir dam leakage,dam crack,settlement deformation,filling quality and other conditions,and a set of targeted,suitable,high diagnostically accurate,safe and reliable technologies and methods is proposed.The physical diagnosis results have been used as the basis for the repair and reinforcement scheme of the reservoir and dam diseases.The reservoir and dam diseases have been reinforced and grouted,so that the design function of the reservoir and dam can be better played,and good social and economic benefits have been achieved,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
