摘要
蓝莓作为一种具有较高经济价值和广阔开发前景的新兴小浆果树种,被大规模种植和开发利用。本文针对蓝莓的活性成分及保健功能的研究现状进行概述,以期为蓝莓的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Blueberry,as an emerging small berry tree species with high economic value and broad development prospects,is widely planted and developed.This article summarizes the research status of the active ingredients and health functions of blueberry,in order to provide reference for the further development and utilization of blueberry.
