摘要
随着物质生活条件的持续向好,人们在营养健康方面的意识持续增强,对食用农产品质量安全问题的关注度日益提升。大数据技术作为新兴的信息技术手段,在各行各业中对生产方式和生产力的发展起到了重要的推进作用。食用农产品是社会食品结构中最重要的组成部分之一,大数据技术在规避食用农产品安全风险和完善质量安全监管体系中扮演了重要角色。本文主要分析了当前我国在食用农产品质量安全监管工作中的困难和短板,并探讨了大数据技术未来创新食用农产品质量安全监管的工作模式。
With the continuous improvement of material living conditions,people’s awareness of nutrition and health continues to increase,and their attention to the quality and safety of edible agricultural products is increasingly increasing.Big data technology,as an emerging means of information technology,has played an important role in promoting the development of production methods and productivity in various industries.Edible agricultural products are one of the most important components of the social food structure,and big data technology plays an important role in avoiding safety risks of edible agricultural products and improving the quality and safety supervision system.This article mainly analyzes the difficulties and shortcomings in the current supervision of the quality and safety of edible agricultural products in China,and explores the future innovative work mode of quality and safety supervision of edible agricultural products using big data technology.
