2型糖尿病老年患者的膳食管理及居家护理需求研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析2型糖尿病老年患者的居家护理需求及膳食管理效果。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,对A市社区内198名2型老年糖尿病患者进行调查,并对其中38例患者膳食管理前后的血糖进行分析。结果:A市社区内2型老年糖尿病患者目前居家护理的需求率达到了93.4%,经过相应的膳食管理与护理后,实验组的38例患者的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组的血糖水平,且差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型老年糖尿病患者的膳食管理及居家护理对其具有良好的临床疗效,能够促使2型老年糖尿病患者血糖水平得到有效控制,具有一定的社区推广价值。 Objective:To analyze the home care needs and dietary management effects of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:A questionnaire was used to investigate 198 elderly type 2 diabetic patients in the community of city A,and the blood glucose of 38 of them before and after dietary management was analyzed.Result:The current demand rate of home care for type 2 elderly diabetic patients in the community of city A reached 93.4%.After corresponding dietary management and care,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of 38 patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary management and home care of type 2 elderly diabetic patients have good clinical efficacy and can promote effective control of blood glucose level of type 2 elderly diabetic patients,which has certain community promotion value.
