气相色谱法同时测定白酒中的甲醇和三类风味物质

摘要 通过分析国标对白酒卫生指标和理化指标的检验方法,建立同时测定白酒中甲醇、部分高级醇、酯类和有机酸的检验方法。白酒中的9种目标物质在0.005~2.500 g·L^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数R≥0.99。以60%乙醇溶液为基质进行低、中、高3个水平的加标回收试验,回收率为93.9%~106.1%,RSD为0.1%~5.9%(n=7)。该方法在29.5 min内有效分离白酒中9种目标物质,标准曲线线性关系、回收率及精密度均良好,适用于批量白酒的快速检验和研究。 By analysing gas chromatography determination methods about hygienic and the physical and chemical indicators of Baijiu,an analytical method for the determination of methanol,higher alcohols,esters and acids was established in Baijiu.The linearities of the nine target substances in Baijiu were satisfactory in the range of 0.005~2.500 g·L^(-1),with correlation coefficients of R≥0.99.The result standard addition test was tested by three levels of low,medium and high concentration of standard substances ethanol in water(60%),and the average recoveries were 93.9%~106.1%,with relative standard deviation(RSDs)were 0.1%~5.9%(n=7).The nine target substances in Baijiu were effectively separated in 29.5 minutes by the method.The linear relationship,recovery rate,and precision of the standard curve are all good.The method can be used for research and detection of Baijiu.
