摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定广西壮族自治区8个市1549份姜样品中铅含量,结果表明铅平均含量为0.0893 mg·kg^(-1),检出率为43.8%,超标率达到19.6%。采用单因子污染指数法评价姜中铅的污染情况,所有样品中64%为安全级别,16%为轻微污染(警戒线),6%为轻度污染,6%为中度污染,8%达到了重度污染水平,总体铅污染风险为轻微污染(警戒线)水平。采用目标危害系数法(Target Hazard Quotient,THQ)对食用姜摄入铅进行膳食健康风险评估,所有样品的THQ均低于风险阈值,对人体无明显的膳食摄入风险。 The contents of lead(Pb)in 1549 ginger samples sold in the market of 8 cities in Guangxi were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results were as follows:the average lead content was 0.0893 mg·kg^(-1),detection rate was 43.8%,over-standard rate was19.6%.The pollution degree of Pb was evaluated by single factor pollution index method.64%of all ginger samples were at a safe level,16%were at the food safety alert level,6%were at mild pollution level,6%were at moderate pollution level,and 8%were reaching severe pollution level.The total Pb pollution risk of gingers is at the food safety alert level.The potential health risks of Pb in these gingers were evaluated by the target hazard quotient method(THQ).All the THQ values of gingers were lower than risk threshold,with no significant dietary intake risk to humans.
