食品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌能力验证样品检测方案分析

摘要 目的:依托食品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的能力验证活动,丰富检测方案设计思路,降低漏检、误判风险,进一步提高食品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的检测灵敏度。方法:按照中国食品药品检定研究院提供的作业指导书及《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检验》(GB 4789.30—2016),通过多种分离培养基的分离鉴定,利用酶联免疫分析VIDAS及全自动微生物鉴定系统VITEK 2对编号TF03900029和TF03900034的两份能力验证样品进行单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的检测。结果:编号TF03900029样品中检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌,编号TF03900034样品中未检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌。结论:本次能力验证中的多种方法均能正确检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌,结果为满意。 Objective:Based on the ability verification activity of Listeria monocytogenes in food,enrich the design ideas of detection plans,reduce the risk of missed detection and misjudgment,and further improve the detection sensitivity of Listeria monocytogenes in food.Method:According to the operation instructions provided by the China Institute for the Control of Food and Drug Control and the GB 4789.30—2016,multiple isolation culture media were used for isolation and identification,and use enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(VIDAS)and fully automated microbial identification system VITEK 2 to detect Listeria monocytogenes in two ability validation samples numbered TF03900029 and TF03900034.Result:Listeria monocytogenes was detected in sample TF03900029,while no Listeria monocytogenes was detected in sample TF03900034.Conclusion:Multiple methods in this proficiency test can correctly detect Listeria monocytogenes,and the results are satisfactory.
