摘要
目的探讨光梭径向采集技术(uCSR)对于肝脏动脉期图像质量的影响。方法回顾性分析142例行肝脏动态增强扫描者的动脉期图像,其中79例采用uCSR序列进行动态增强扫描,63例采用T1三维容积内插值法屏气检查(T1-quick3D)序列进行动态增强扫描,由两名医师采用5分法对两组动脉期图像进行评分,评分内容包括动脉期期相准确性、动脉期图像总体质量及图像伪影情况,由两名技师对动脉期图像进行测值并计算信号噪声比(SNR)及对比噪声比(CNR)。结果两名医师及两名技师对图像质量的各项评价的一致性较好或很好。动脉期期相准确性评分结果显示uCSR组[5(5,5)]优于T1-quick3D组[5(4,5)](P=0.001);总体图像质量评分结果显示uCSR组[4(4,5)]与T1-quick3D组[4(4,5)]一致,两组具有统计学差异(P=0.047);图像伪影评分结果显示uCSR组[4(4,5)]图像伪影较T1-quick3D组[5(4,5)]明显(P=0.003);T1-quick3D组的SNR值(285.40±46.430)及CNR值(107.64±34.900)均高于uCSR组的SNR值(205.41±48.147)及CNR值(95.98±34.542)。结论uCSR的图像质量(SNR、CNR及图像伪影)劣于T1-quick3D序列,但uCSR能获得更准确的动脉期图像。
Objective To explore the effect of united-imaging compressed sensing with radial acquisition on image quality in the hepatic arterial phase.Methods The arterial-phase images of 142 patients undergoing dynamic hepatic enhancement using uCSR sequence(79)and T1-quick3D sequence(63)were analyzed retrospectively.The arterial-phase images of the two groups were scored by two physicians using the 5-point method,including arterial phase accuracy,overall arterial-phase image quality,and image artifacts.The arterial-phase images were measured,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)were calculated by two technicians.Results The consistency of image quality evaluation was high between two physicians and very high between two technicians.The arterial phase accuracy score of 5(5,5)in the uCSR group was significantly higher(P=0.001)than the score of 5(4,5)in the T1-quick3D group.The overall image quality score of 4(4,5)in the uCSR group was significantly consistent(P=0.047)with the score of 4(4,5)in the T1-quick3D group.The image artifact score of 4(4,5)in the uCSR group was significantly lower(P=0.003)than the score of 5(4,5)in the T1-quick3D group.The SNR(285.40±46.43)and CNR(107.64±34.90)of the T1-quick3D group were both higher compared with those of the uCSR group(205.41±48.15,95.98±34.54).Conclusion uCSR arterial-phase imaging is more accurate than 3D-VIBE although the image quality is not as good as T1-quick3D.
