影像学评估肾细胞癌预后的研究进展

The advances of imaging in assessing the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma

肾细胞癌是常见的成人肾脏恶性肿瘤,其预后及相关影响因素的评估对制定治疗方案至关重要。由于肾细胞癌异质性较强,其预后预测一直是临床工作中的难点和研究重点。随着CT、MRI和PET/CT等技术的快速发展,影像学能为肾细胞癌预后相关因素的评估提供精准的技术手段,对实现肾细胞癌患者个体精准治疗发挥重要作用。本文旨在对医学影像学评估肾细胞癌预后及其相关影响因素的研究现状及进展进行综述分析。

Renal cell carcinoma is a common adult renal malignancy.The assessment of its prognosis and related influencing factors is crucial to treatment planning.Prediction of prognosis has been challenging because of the high heterogeneity of renal cell carcinoma.CT,MRI and PET/CT imaging can provide accurate technical tools for the assessment of prognostic-related factors of renal cell carcinoma,and play an important role in realizing individual precision treatment.The purpose of this paper was to review and analyze the current status and progress of research on medical imaging to assess the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma and its related influencing factors.
