CLIPPERS综合征MRI表现一例

摘要 类固醇激素反应性慢性淋巴细胞性炎症伴脑桥血管周围强化症(chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids,CLIPPERS)是一种以T淋巴细胞浸润脑血管周围、对类固醇激素治疗敏感的慢性中枢系统炎性疾病,主要累及脑干及小脑半球,临床罕见。现将我院收治的一例CLIPPERS综合征患者的MRI表现进行分析总结,以增加对该疾病的认识。
