高稳频微弱激光量子源测量标定技术研究

摘要 激光雷达探测系统需求稳定的单光子源作为定标光源,通过输出波长及功率可量化溯源的微弱光量子信号,对探测系统的探测不确定度进行分析,并对接收与探测系统性能进行评估。针对这一需求设计并研制一种输出激光波长稳定、输出平均光子数从10^(11) s^(-1)量级至10~3 s^(-1)量级的可调谐高稳频微弱激光量子源,并开展了相关测量标定工作。输出的微弱信号光波长稳定在532.269 nm处,功率覆盖79.3 nW至0.34 fW,平均光子数覆盖10^(11) s^(-1)量级至10~3 s^(-1)量级,在10~5 s^(-1)量级的稳定度优于0.6%,能够满足激光雷达系统探测不确定度分析与性能评估等方面的应用需求。 Lidar detection system requires a stable single photon source as a calibration light source.The wavelength and power of the light source is quantifiable and raceable,and the weak quantum signal is generated to achieve the detection uncertainty analysis of the detection system as well as the performance evaluation of the receiving and detection system.In response to the demand,a highly stable laser quantum source with stable output wavelength and average photon number tunable from 10~(11) s~(-1) to 10~3 s~(-1) is designed and developed,and the related measurement and calibration work is carried out.The output wavelength of the weak signal light is stable at 532.269 nm.The power covers from 79.3 nW to 0.34 fW.The average photon number covers from 10~(11) s~(-1) magnitude to 10~3 s~(-1) magnitude.The stability at 10~5 s~(-1) magnitude is better than 0.6 %,which can meet the application requirements of detection uncertainty analysis and performance evaluation of LIDAR system.
