街巷先行:一种传统村落有机更新模式探索

Street and Lane Priority: Exploration on Organic Renewal Mode ofTraditional Villages

现代化进程对传统村落发展造成冲击,传统村落正面临着修复秩序和植入功能的矛盾。本研究探索了传统村落更新中存在的难点:更新工作繁多复杂、传统风貌参差不齐、相关主体诉求迥异等。在问题导向下引入有机更新理论构建了有机更新技术框架,包括搭建有机更新综合体、在空间基因与景观基因理论指导下精准更新以及实施串联式阶段更新。以常宁市中田村为例探索了首阶段先更新街巷空间的有机更新模式,运用多种学科工具对中田村街巷空间展开精准判定、精准修复和精准施策的有机更新工作,为后续更新奠定了基础。

The modernization process has had an impact on the development of traditional villages,which are facing a contradiction between restoring order and implanting functions.This study explores the difficulties in traditional village renewal,such as the complexity of renewal work,the uneven traditional style,and the diverse demands of related parties.Under the problem oriented approach,the organic renewal theory was introduced to construct a framework for organic renewal technology,including building an organic renewal complex,precise updating under the guidance of spatial and landscape gene theories,and implementing cascade stage updates.Taking Zhongtian Village in Changning City as an example,the organic renewal model of updating the street and lane space in the first stage was explored.Multiple disciplinary tools were used to carry out precise judgment,repair,and implementation of organic renewal work on the street and lane space in Zhongtian Village,laying the foundation for subsequent updates.
