摘要
结合中国游客在东非safari旅游的体验,基于管弦乐队模型,采用网络志质性研究方法构建了中国游客safari旅游体验模型。以游客的感官、行为、情感体验成分为主要分析因素,探索不同元素交互过程中,感官、行为和情感的交互紧密度,发现游客对safari旅游目的地的认知成分多来自于感官和情感,为我国国家公园和自然保护区体验产品设计及提升游客旅游体验感提供参考。
Combined with the experience of Chinese tourists traveling to safari in East Africa,based on the Orchestra Model,the safari travel experience model of Chinese tourists was constructed by using the netnography research methods.Taking the sensory,behavioral and emotional experience of tourists as the main factors,the interaction closeness of sensory,behavior and emotion in the interaction of different elements is explored.The cognitive components mostly came from sensory and emotional sources.The research contributed to planning and establishment of China′s national parks and improving the quality of tourists′travel experience.
