摘要
为了准确测量和验证大载重旋翼无人机的动力系统性能,设计并搭建了一套重载旋翼动力性能测试平台。该平台可以通过拉力-扭矩机械分离机构解耦测量无人机动力系统产生的拉力和扭矩,并将测得的电压信号通过高频数据采集卡过滤转换成对应的物理量,再将测试数据传送到基于LabVIEW搭建的上位机系统。上位机将测试产生的数据实时显示,绘制波形图并保存成Excel格式的数据,经自制的无人机动力系统数据处理软件处理后得到静态推力系数、扭矩系数和功率系数。实验测试结果表明,误差在5%左右,可以满足不同品牌型号的无人机动力系统测试需求。
In order to accurately measure and verify the dynamic performance of the large-load UAV,a set of dynamic performance test platform of the large-load UAV is designed and built.The platform can decouple the tensile force and torque generated by the UAV power system through the tensile-torque mechanical separation mechanism,convert the measured voltage signal into the corresponding physical quantity through the high-frequency data acquisition card filter,and then transmit the test data to the host computer system based on LabVIEW.The host computer displays the data generated by the test in real time,draws the waveform diagram and saves it,and the data saved in Excel format can be processed by the self-made UAV power system data processing software to obtain the static thrust coefficient,torque coefficient and power coefficient.Experiments show that the error of the test results is about 5%,which can meet the testing needs of UAV power systems of different brands and models.
