National Biology Demonstration Center for Experimental Education of Sun Yat-sen University brought most flow cytometry into unified management by using modern reservation management system,to Explore constructing and standardized managing methods of flow cytometry sharing platform.Years of practice show that the robust and reproducible data produced by flow cytometry can be strongly guaranteed,while the utilization rate of the instrument has been improved and the service life has been prolonged.Meanwhile,the students may be helped master flow cytometry and research methods.Totally,which can give full play to the supporting role for scientific research and teaching.
