摘要
在本科生实验教学环节中,结合盐酸布比卡因的性质对其含量测定方法进行改进,建立了简单、安全、环保的盐酸布比卡因的氢氧化钠滴定含量测定方法,并对所建方法进行了验证。实验结果表明,所建方法满足中国药典分析方法验证指导原则,可替代传统高氯酸滴定法。实践表明,该实验教学加强了学生查阅文献、设计实验、实验结果分析等综合能力,是一次鼓励学生探索创新、培养学生科研素养和批判思维的有益尝试。
Combined with the properties of bupivacaine hydrochloride,the content determination method is improved in the experimental teaching of undergraduate students,a simple,safe and environmentally friendly titration method for the determination of bupivacaine hydrochloride by sodium hydroxide titration is established,and the established method is verified.The experimental results show that the method can meet the guidelines of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 and replace the traditional perchloric acid titration.Through the design and practice of the experiment teaching,the students’abilities such as literature review,experiment design and experiment result analysis are effectively strengthened.It is also a good attempt to encourage students to explore and innovate science,and cultivates their scientific research accomplishment and critical thinking.
