数据质量是生态环境监测工作的生命线,确保数据真实、准确、全面是环境监测工作的首要职责。影响数据质量的关键因素包括现场监测和实验室检验检测等过程操作、实验室的资源状况以及实验室的质量控制手段等。为此,设计开发了实验室信息管理系统,将环境监测的重点过程及其资源情况有机结合至系统中进行管理和有效控制。该系统具备操作流程管理、资源管理、质量管理和数据查询统计功能,其中资源管理包含人员管理、仪器管理、方法管理和物料管理4个部分,实现过程操作自动化和资源管理动态化,同时加强质量控制。该系统的建立,提高数据准确性和工作效率,降低安全风险,提升实验室的综合管理水平,可以在生态环境监测实验室进行推广使用。

Data quality is the base line of ecological environment monitoring.Ensuring data quality is the primary responsibility of ecological environment monitoring.Key factors affecting data quality include field monitoring,laboratory testing,the resource status of the laboratory and the quality control methods.Therefore,a laboratory information management system is designed and developed.Combined processes for environmental monitoring and its resources into the system for management and effective control.The system is suitable for ecological environment monitoring,with operating process management,resource management,quality management and query statistics functions,of which resource management includes four parts:personnel management,instrument management,method management and material management.Process operation automation and dynamic resource management are achieved,while enhancing quality control.The establishment of the system improves data accuracy and work efficiency,and reduces security risks,further improves the comprehensive management level of the laboratory.The system could be popularized and used in the ecological environment monitoring laboratory.
