Research on Standardization Construction in National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Economics and Management

运用标准化的手段推动经管学科国家级实验教学示范中心高质量发展,为教师和学生提供更好的实验环境与体验。综述当前国内外教育标准化研究现状,然后分析经管学科国家级实验教学示范中心当前面临的“管理困境”。结合山东大学管理学科国家级实验教学示范中心标准化建设实践,探索标准化工作实施路径,构建一套科学的标准体系,支撑国家级实验教学示范中心实现高质量发展。

Use standardized means to promote the high-quality development of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Economics and Management,and provide teachers and students with a better experimental environment and experience.Firstly,it summarizes the current research status of education standardization at home and abroad,and then analyzes the“management dilemma”currently faced by the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Economics and Management.Combined with the standardization construction practice of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Management Discipline of Shandong University,explore the implementation path of standardization work,build a scientific standard system,and support the high-quality development of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center.
