摘要
为从建设源头防止仪器设备重复购置、实现资源优化配置、促进开放共享,现以重大科研基础设施和大型科研仪器国家网络管理平台大型科研仪器设备购置查重评议系统为例,对该系统的架构设计、功能实现及该系统数据规范、信息全面、按需配置、流程科学严谨等主要特点进行讨论。目前,依托该系统进行查重评议工作取得积极成效。今后将进一步开发仪器申购子系统、完善数据库、提升技术水平等方面进行改进。
In order to limit the duplication of instrument acquisition at the source,optimize the allocation of resource and promote the opening and sharing of large scientific research instruments,the national network management platform for major facilities and large-scale instruments duplicate checking-review system is used as an example in this paper to explain the architecture design,main functions,and processes of the system.It is also introduced as one of the system’s key features,along with data standardization,comprehensive information,and on-demand services.Up to now,the system has achieved positive results.Finally,it summarizes the effectiveness and the future development course.
