摘要
通过对热轧卷的钢质缺陷进行系统分析,研究了钢中铝氮积、锰硫比值对钢质质量的影响。同时通过采取优化成分控制,提升中包吨位,改善液面控制,提高保护渣粘度等措施,减少钢质缺陷的产生,提升了热轧卷质量。
This paper studies the effects of aluminum nitrogen content and manganese sulfur ratio on steel quality through systematic analysis of steel defects in hot-rolled coils.Therefore,the percentage of steel defects is reduced and the quality of the hot rolled coils is improved by optimizing the composition control,raising the tonnage of the tundish,improving the liquid level control and improving the viscosity of the protective slag.
