摘要
德智体美劳同向同行、同频共振,是我国高校践行为党育人、为国育才初心使命的必由之路。课程是学校教育的主要载体,高职院校要承担起培养全面发展的高素质技术技能人才重任,需要“五育”并举的高质量课程体系支撑。基于对武汉软件工程职业学院实施的抽样问卷调查和人才培养方案研究,分析“五育”并举的课程体系构建中存在的问题,提出了以学生全面发展为主线做好课程体系设计、以课程融合互渗为关键落实“五育”协同育人、以第二课堂课程化为抓手丰富课外活动等高职院校优化“五育”并举课程体系的对策。
The requirement that moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor education walk in the same direction and resonate at the same frequency is the only way for China’s colleges and universities to practice the original mission of educating people for the party and educating talents for the country.Curriculum is the main carrier of school education,and vocational colleges and universities need the support of a high-quality curriculum system that combines“five-dimension education”to undertake the important task of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with all-round development.Based on the sampling questionnaire survey and talent training program research implemented by Wuhan Vocational College of Software and Engineering,the problems existing in the construction of the curriculum system of“five-dimension education”were analyzed,and the countermeasures of optimizing the curriculum system of vocational colleges and departments,such as taking students’all-round development as the main line in curriculum system design,taking curriculum integration and mutual penetration as the key to implementing“five-dimension education”collaborative education,and enriching“five-dimension education”extracurricular activities with the second classroom curriculum as the starting point.
