基于国家教育数字化发展战略的智能思政是人工智能赋能思想政治教育的新形态,智能思政建设既是对当下思想政治教育改革“创新之困”的回应,也是向社会主义教育立德树人本质的回归。推进高校智能思政建设,既要深入研究智能思政“何以必要”的合法性问题,澄清价值意蕴;也要深入洞究“何以可为”的现实性问题,厘清现实要求;还要深入探究“何以突破”的创新性问题,廓清实践路径,从而推动智能思政建设的“祛魅”“解码”“纠偏”“破藩”,实现人工智能与思想政治教育从“相加”到“相融”的转变。

Intelligent ideological and political construction based on the national education digital development strategy is a new form of ideological and political education enabled by artificial intelligence.The construction of intelligent ideologi-cal and political education is not only a response to the current ideological and political education reform for“innovation di-lemma”,but also a return to the socialist education for“moral cultivation”essence.To promote the construction of intelli-gent ideological and political thinking in colleges and universities,we should not only deeply study the legitimacy of“why it is necessary”and clarify the value implication,but also deeply study the realistic problem of“how can we do”and clarify the practical requirements,deeply explore the innovative problem of“how to break through”,clear the practical path,and promote the“disenchantment”,“decoding”,“saving”and“breaking down”of the construction of intelligent ideological and political thinking,to realize the transformation of artificial intelligence and ideological and political education from“ad-dition”to“integration”.
