摘要
电动汽车的高温、高湿、高热量的工作环境,对碳化硅(SiC)轮边电机控制器提出高功率密度、耐高温的要求。而驱动系统效率的有效提升,对电机控制器发挥着重要作用。该文通过对国内外同类产品的现状进行分析,从碳化硅电机控制器硬件研究、软件研究及轮边电机系统标定方法、技术路线等方面进行研究,最终确保所研究产品具有高效、精准的良好性能。
The working environment of electrical vehicles(EVs)with high temperature,humidity and heat has posed the requirements of high power density and high temperature resistance for silicon carbide(SiC)wheel side motor controller.The motor controller plays an important role in effectively improving the efficiency of the drive system.Based on the analysis of the current situation of similar products at home and abroad,this paper studies the SiC motor controller hardware research,software research and wheel side motor system calibration method,technical route and other aspects.Finally,it ensures that the products studied have high efficiency,accuracy and good performance.
