摘要
随着社会经济不断发展,我国政府部门愈发提高对航空制造业的重视程度,针对航空制造业发展提出各种相关政策,来促进航空制造业实现可持续发展。而飞机装配作为航空制造业发展的重要环节,传统装配工艺已无法满足飞机运行要求,一旦某个环节出现问题,很容易给整个飞机运行安全性带来严重影响。基于此,该文以某型飞机机翼装配为主要研究对象,注重研究数字化装配仿真技术,分析飞机数字化装配仿真技术发展现状,通过数字化装配仿真分析功能模块研究整个装配过程,制定健全的实施方案,实现飞机装配工艺过程的可视化。试验分析数据说明,数字化装配仿真技术能提高日常装配效率,加强装配工艺设计工作的准确性,保障日常装配质量和效率满足行业标准。
With the continuous development of social economy,Chinese government departments pay more and more attention to the aviation manufacturing industry,and put forward various relevant policies for the development of the aviation manufacturing industry to promote the sustainable development of the aviation manufacturing industry.Aircraft assembly as an important part of the development of the aviation manufacturing industry,the traditional assembly process has been unable to meet the requirements of aircraft operation,once there is a problem in a link,it is easy to have a serious impact on the safety of the whole aircraft operation.Based on this,this paper takes the wing assembly of a certain type of aircraft as the main research object,pays attention to the research of digital assembly simulation technology,analyzes the development status of aircraft digital assembly simulation technology,studies the whole assembly process through the function module of digital assembly simulation analysis,and formulates a sound implementation plan to realize the visualization of aircraft assembly process.The test and analysis data show that the digital assembly simulation technology can improve the daily assembly efficiency,enhance the accuracy of assembly process planning,and ensure that the daily assembly quality and efficiency meet the industry standards.
