谐波减速器中波发生器不同安装深度下柔轮变形与应力研究

摘要 柔轮作为谐波减速器中的核心部件,其性能直接决定着整个减速器整机的传动性能.因此为了探究波发生器不同安装深度对其性能影响的基本规律,从而能够更好地控制性能,本文在建立谐波减速器三维模型基础上,采用有限元法分析了波发生器在不同安装深度下柔轮的变形规律与应力分布.分析结果表明:波发生器安装深度从0.35mm增加到1.15mm时,柔轮最大变形量相对增加了3.43%左右,最大应力相对增加了3.80%左右.波发生器安装深度的变化对柔轮在长轴和短轴处的变形影响较大,并且对柔轮长轴处、短轴处、齿圈前端和筒底过渡区的应力影响较大,而其他位置影响较小.该结果也为其他相关研究提供了有益参考. As the core component of harmonic reducer,the performance of flexspline directly determines the transmission performance of the whole reducer.In order to better control wave generator’s performance,the basic law of the influence of different installation depths on its performance has to be explored.Based on the three-dimensional model of harmonic reducer,the deformation law and stress distribution of flexspline under different installation depths of wave generator are analyzed by finite element method.The results show that,when the installation depth of the wave generator is increased from 0.35mm to 1.15mm,the maximum deformation of the flexspline increases by about 3.43%,and the maximum stress of the flexspline increases by 3.80%.The change of the installation depth of the wave generator has a great influence on the deformation of the flexspline at the long axis and short axis.It also has great influences on the stresses at the long axis and short axis of the flexspline,at the front end of the ring gear,as well as at the transition zone at the bottom of the cylinder.Further on,it has little influence on either deformation or stress at all other positions.This study provides a valuable reference for the relevant researches.
