摘要
通过超临界二氧化碳(scCO_(2))发泡技术制备聚乙烯醇(PVA)/MXene复合发泡材料,对MXene在复合材料中的均匀性进行表征,探究MXene含量与饱和温度对泡孔形貌的影响以及MXene含量对发泡材料压缩性能的影响.扫描电子显微镜与X射线能谱结果表明,MXene在聚合物中分布均匀,且没有团聚现象发生.MXene在发泡过程中可作为异相成核点,提高成核效率,显著减小了孔径,增加了孔密度.添加1%的MXene发泡材料与纯PVA发泡材料相比,其泡孔密度提高了3个数量级,压缩强度提高了10倍.
In this paper,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/MXene composite foams are prepared using supercritical carbon dioxide(scCO_(2))foaming technology.The uniformity of MXene in the composites is characterized.Also investigated are the influence of MXene content and saturation temperature on the morphology of the foams and the effect of MXene content on the foam compress properties.SEM and EDS results show that Mxene disperses uniformly in the polymer matrix and no obvious agglomeration occurs.Mxene can be used as heterogeneous nucleation agent in the foaming process to improve the nucleation efficiency,significantly reducing the pore size and increase the pore density.The cell density of the foamed material with 1%MXene is three orders higher in magnitude than that of pure PVA foamed material,and the specific compressive strength is found to be 10 times higher.
