摘要
已开发的半固态浆料制备方法均会产生卷入性缺陷,浇注操作和强烈的搅拌混合是产生卷入性缺陷、降低半固态浆料品质的重要因素,半固态浆料内部的卷入性缺陷主要表现为气孔、缩孔、双层膜和气泡轨迹等。开发无卷入性缺陷半固态浆料的制备方法和技术是研究和发展流变铸造首要解决的关键问题。促进卷入性缺陷钝化是减少其危害的有效途径,卷入性缺陷闭合与焊合行为机理研究将丰富铸造领域卷入性缺陷的调控理论。
All methods developed to prepare semi-solid slurry can take entrained defects,and pouring operation and intense stirring or mixing are main factors for entrained defects formation.Entrained defects in semi-solid slurry present in form of gas porosity,shrinkage porosity,bifilm and bubble trail.Developed preparation method ofsemi-solid slurry without entrained defects is the key for rheo-casting processes.Decrease of entrained defects is an effective way to reduce negative effects from entrained defects,and investigations on closing mechanisms and bonding mechanisms can enrich the controlling theories for entrained defects in casting fields.
