铝合金半固态加工的现状和发展前景探讨

Research Progress in Semi-solid Casting Technology of Aluminum Alloys

摘要 基于16届国际半固态加工会议探讨了半固态加工的现状和发展前景。可以发现,再生铝合金流变铸造正在成为铝合金流变铸造的主流,计算机断层扫描在分析铝合金流变铸造缺陷方面正在得到越来越多的应用,同步辐射在分析半固态流变行为方面具有非常重要的科学意义和应用价值。虽然正在面临着大型真空一体化压铸的激烈竞争,半固态加工通过和连接技术的结合依然在大型复杂薄壁优质铸件的生产方面具有广泛的应用前景。 Based on the 16th International Conference on Semi-solid Processing of Alloys and Composites,some views on research progress in semi-solid casting technology were summarized.The results indicate that recycled Al alloy becomes predominate,computed tomography has been widely used in the defect control of rheo-casting of Al alloys,and synchrotron radiation is of fundamental and practical importance for the further development of semi-solid processing.Although facing the fierce competition of large vacuum integrated die casting,semi-solid combined with suitable join technologies is still promising for the increasing demands of producing large thin complex high-performance casting parts processing.
