摘要
铍布袋粉废料是纯Be在制粉加工过程中产生的收尘料,其Be含量高、回收价值高但难度大,且长期存放也会对环境造成一定的危害。主要研究了一种利用铍布袋粉废料电渣熔炼制备铍青铜用母合金的新工艺方法,既能解决铍布袋粉废料回收再利用难度大的资源问题,又能实现制备低杂质铍铜母合金的技术突破,最终得到Be含量均匀且杂质含量低的铍青铜用母合金,可满足高纯净、大规格铍青铜产品的需求。
Beryllium bag powder waste is the dust collection material produced by pure beryllium during the milling process,which has high beryllium content and difficulty in recycle,and harmful to the environment after long-term storage.A new process of preparing master alloy for beryllium bronze by electroslag smelting of beryllium cloth bag powder waste was investigated,which solves the resource problem of difficulty to recycle and reuse of beryllium cloth bag powder waste,and achieves a technological breakthrough in the preparation of low impurity beryllium copper master alloy.A master alloy for beryllium bronze with uniform beryllium content and low impurity content was obtained,meeting the requirements of high-purity,large-scale beryllium bronze products.
