Research progress in correlation between systemic immune-inflammatory index and cardiovascular diseases

炎症与心血管疾病密切相关。全身免疫炎症指数(SII)是一种新型的炎症标志物,综合了中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及血小板等,可以更全面地反映全身炎症和局部免疫的平衡状况。近年来研究发现,SII与心血管疾病的发生、发展及预后密切相关。该文就SII与心血管疾病相关性的研究进展作一综述。

Inflammation is closely associated with cardiovascular diseases.Systemic immune-inflammatory index(SII)is a novel inflammatory marker that integrates neutrophils,lymphocytes and platelets,and can reflect the equilibrium state of systemic inflammation and local immunity more comprehensively.Recent studies have found that SII is closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.This paper reviews the research progress in correlation between SII and cardiovascular diseases.
