m^(6)A修饰与调节免疫在系统性红斑狼疮的研究进展

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种累及多系统器官功能损害的慢性自身免疫性疾病,该病的发病机制仍不清楚,越来越多的证据表明,遗传易感性和表观遗传调节可导致免疫系统异常。最近m^(6)A(N 6-methyladenosine)表转录修饰受到了广泛关注。m^(6)A是高等真核生物mRNA中最丰富的内部修饰,在转录后基因表达调控中起重要作用,m^(6)A修饰对免疫反应有调控作用。鉴于m^(6)A基因表达调节和免疫反应的改变,m^(6)A修饰可能参与SLE的发病。该文将从m^(6)A修饰基因表达与免疫调节的关系入手,在现有研究的基础上阐述m^(6)A修饰在系统性红斑狼疮发病之间的相关研究,旨在为系统性红斑狼疮发病机制、诊断、治疗提供新的研究思路。 Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a chronic autoimmune disease involving multiple system organ function impairment.However,the pathogenesis of SLE is still unclear,and increasing evidences suggest that genetic susceptibility and epigenetic regulation can lead to immune system abnormalities.N 6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)epitranscriptional modification has recently gained much attention.m^(6)A is the most abundant internal modification in higher eukaryotic mRNAs,which plays crucial roles in the regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression,and m^(6)A modification has regulatory effect on immune response.Because of the changes in m^(6)A gene expression regulation and immune response,m^(6)A modification may involve in the pathogenesis of SLE.This article will start with the relationship between the expression of m^(6)A modifier gene and immune regulation,discusses the correlation between m^(6)A modification and the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus on the basis of existing studies,so as to provide new research ideas for the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.
