摘要
针对新丰江水电站水淹厂房事故影响因素,设计了一套防水淹厂房保护系统。笔者分析了水淹厂房事故水源及原因,详细介绍了防水淹厂房保护系统的建设方案和液位信号控制逻辑。该系统采用3种不同原理的液位传感器,通过PLC对液位传感器检测信号进行逻辑判断,降低水淹厂房事故信号的误报率,提升水淹厂房事故出口信号动作的可靠性。运行结果表明,防水淹厂房保护系统能够很好地满足新丰江水电站“无人值班”(少人值守)安全运行的要求。该系统的建设可为国内同类型的水电站及抽水蓄能电站建设防水淹厂房保护系统提供参考依据。
In view of the factors afecting the flooded powerhouse accident in Xinfengjiang Hydropower Station,a set of waterproof flooded powerhouse protection system is designed.The author analyzes the water source and causes of the flooded powerhouse accident,and introduces in detail the construction scheme and liquid level control logic of waterproof flooded powerhouse protection system.The system adopts three kinds of liquid level sensors with different principles,and makes logical judgment on the detection signal of the liquid level sensor through PLC,so as to reduce the false alarm rate of the flooded powerhouse accident and improve the reliability of the exit signal action of the flooded powerhouse accident.The operation results show that the waterproof flooded powerhouse protection system can well meet the requirements of the safe operation of the"unattended"(few people on duty)of Xinfengjiang Hydropower Station.The construction of the system can provide a reference for waterproof flooded powerhouse protection system of the same type of hydropower station and pumped storage power station in China.
