摘要
黄皮是一种富有多种营养价值和药用价值南方小宗水果,本研究挑选优良的三个黄皮品种,分别是鸡心黄皮、无籽黄皮、贵妃黄皮,通过对测序数据的质量控制和组装,完成了三个不同品种黄皮的基因组特征评估,获得了不同品种黄皮基因组特征,这些特征包含基因组大小、杂合度、重复序列以及GC含量信息,同时,通过这些特征对三个品种黄皮基因组进行了初步组装。预估基因组结果表明:(1)三个不同品种预估基因组大小介于252~275 Mb,杂合度介于0.22%~0.58%,GC含量介于33.21%~43.16%;(2)初步组装三个品种黄皮基因组大小在310 Mb左右,N50均超过1000 bp,通过基因组调查分析为后续相关品种黄皮全基因组测序提供重要理论依据,也为黄皮分子机理研究及黄皮育种提供有用的材料。
Clausena lansium is a kind of fruit with various nutritional and medicinal values in south China.In this study,we used high-throughput sequencing technologies to analyze the genome of three Clausena lansium varieties(Jixin Wampee,Wuzi Wampee,Guifei Wampee).Through bioinformatics analysis,the whole genome information of three Clausena lansium varieties were evaluated,and the genome size,heterozygosity and GC content were obtained.The results showed that:(1)The estimated genomic sizes of the three cultivars ranged from 252 to 275 Mb,heterozygosity from 0.22%to 0.58%,and GC content from 33.21%to 43.16%;(2)The genomic size of the three cultivars was about 310 Mb and the N50 was over 1000 bp,which provided an important theoretical basis for the subsequent sequencing of the whole genome of Clausena lansium and offered useful materials for molecular mechanism and breeding of Clausena lansium.
