摘要
为探究城市生态文明先行示范区建设对空气质量的影响,研究基于双重差分模型,选取2015—2019年中国41个地级市面板数据进行回归分析。研究发现:生态建设改善了空气质量多数指标,使实验组空气质量指数(AQI)平均降低6.03,贡献比例为66.34%;同时能显著降低PM2.5、PM10、SO2、CO浓度,平均浓度分别下降6.73μg/m3、12.46μg/m3、4.55μg/m3、0.06 mg/m3,但对于NO2和O3未产生明显治理效果。基于此,提出加强臭氧及其他污染物协同治理、扩大生态文明示范区建设范围等政策建议。
Based on a differences-in-differences model and selected panel data from 41 prefecture-level cities in China from 2015 to 2019,the study investigates the impact of urban ecological construction on air quality.The paper found that:the construction of eco-civilization demonstration zones improved most of the air quality indicators,which reduced the air quality index(AQI)of the experimental group by 6.03 on average and contributed 66.34%to the reduction of AQI;it also significantly reduced the concentrations of PM2.5,PM10,SO2,and CO with the average concentrations of 6.73,12.46,4.55,and 0.06 respectively,but for NO2 and O3 did not produce significant treatment effects.Finally,policy suggestions such as strengthening the synergistic treatment of ozone and other pollutants and expanding the scope of ecological civilization demonstration zone construction are proposed.
