摘要 采用三种不同梯度2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)添加量(0、40μg/g、80μg/g)的碳酸亚乙烯酯(VC)配制电解液,通过对电池直流内阻(DCIR)、高温存储、低温放电、循环性能的分析,研究BHT对电池性能的影响。研究发现:BHT的加入会增大电池内阻,降低低温条件下的电池放电效率。尽管BHT由于自身的抗氧化能力对电池的高温存储性能有微幅提升,但会降低电池的循环寿命。随着BHT添加量的增加,对电池的影响也会增大。目前在VC中加入BHT来延长电解液的使用期限还是最优选择,具体添加量还需要根据实际使用周期进行权衡。 Three kinds of vinyl carbonate(VC)with different BHT content(0,40μg/g,80μg/g)were used to prepare the electrolyte.The influence of BHT on battery performance was studied by analyzing DCIR,high temperature storage,low temperature discharge and cycle performance of batteries.It is found that the addition of BHT can increase the internal resistance of the battery and reduce the discharge efficiency of the battery at low temperature.Although BHT can slightly improve the high-temperature storage performance of batteries due to its antioxidant capacity,they can reduce the cycle life of batteries.These effects on the battery increase as the amount of BHT is added.In the actual use process,adding BHT to VC to improve its shelf life is the best choice.The specific amount of addition also needs to be weighed according to the actual use cycle.
