3.5T纯电小卡轻量化液冷动力电池包的设计与仿真

摘要 动力电池包是电动汽车的核心部件,传统的自然冷却、风冷已经不能满足整车动力性能不断提升带来的散热需要,液冷动力电池包逐渐成为主机厂的主要选择。传统的液冷电池包存在能量密度低、冷却液易泄漏、电池箱体结构复杂、成本高等问题。设计开发高性能的液冷动力电池包,提高能量密度与集成效率,是亟须解决的市场问题,同时能量密度与集成效率也是衡量动力电池包轻量化水平的关键指标。通过运用底盘承载式液冷箱体潍柴新能源专利技术,结合钢铝混合结构、电池箱密封结构以及CTP结构设计与仿真,实现磷酸铁锂液冷电池包能量密度160 Wh/kg、集成效率91.5%,达到行业一流水平。 Power battery pack is the core component of electric vehicles.Traditional natural cooling and air cooling can no longer meet the heat dissipation problem caused by the continuous improvement of vehicle power performance.Liquid-cooled power battery pack has gradually become the main choice of OEMs.At the same time,the traditional liquid-cooled battery pack has problems such as low energy density,easy leakage of coolant,complex structure of the battery box and high cost.The design and development of high-performance liquid-cooled power battery pack,with high energy density and integration efficiency,is an urgent market problem to be solved,and is also a key index to measure the lightweight level of power Battery system.By using the patented technology of Weichai,combined with steel and aluminum mixed structure,battery box sealing structure and design and simulation of CTP structure,the energy density of lithium iron phosphate liquid cooled battery pack is 160 Wh/kg and the integrated efficiency is 91.5%,reaching the first-class level in the industry.
