摘要
目的探讨虚拟现实(VR)技术结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗阿尔茨海默病源性轻度认知功能障碍的临床效果。方法将84例收治于本院的阿尔茨海默病源性轻度认知功能障碍患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组予以重复经颅磁刺激治疗,观察组予以VR技术+重复经颅磁刺激治疗,对两组认知功能、生活质量和不良反应予以比较。结果治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组简易智能状态量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分提升更明显(P<0.05);观察组阿尔茨海默病生活质量量表(QOL-AD)、日常生活活动量表(ADL)评分提升更明显(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(9.52%)与对照组(4.76%)比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论VR技术结合重复经颅磁刺激治疗阿尔茨海默病源性轻度认知功能障碍,可有效改善患者认知功能,提高患者生活质量,且安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of virtual reality(VR)technology combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease mild cognitive dysfunction.Methods 84 patients with Alzheimer's disease mild cognitive impairment admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,while the observation group was treated with VR technology+repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Cognitive function,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the scores of Simple Intelligence State Scale(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Alzheimer's disease Quality of Life Scale(QOL-AD)and Activities of Daily Living Scale(ADL)in observation group were significantly improved compared with control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(9.52%)and the control group(4.76%)(P>0.05).Conclusion VR technology combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can effectively improve cognitive function and quality of life of patients with Alzheimer's disease mild cognitive dysfunction,with good safety.
