Taking the renovation project of buildings for scientific research in a Grade Ill-A hospital in Shanghai as an example,the difficulties and preparations for the renovation of old buildings and supporting facilities are analyzed,the design concept and targeted renovation strategies are elaborated,so as to provide certain reference for similar hospital renovationprojects.
