以上海市南京东路179号街坊项目中外滩中央商场和美伦大楼为例,研究并应用了一种保护性迁移及修缮复原技术,包括拆卸剥离、迁移、保存、修缮及整体复原再利用等流程及操作要点,旨在保护并最大程度恢复历史建筑内部装饰造型及整体风貌。

Taking the Bund Central Shopping Mall and Meilun Building in the 179 Nanjing East Road neighborhood project in Shanghai as an example,a protective relocation and repair and restoration technology is studied and applied,including the processes and operational points of disassembly,stripping,relocation,preservation,repair and overall restoration and reuse.The purpose is to protect and maximize the restoration of the interior decoration and overall style of historical buildings.
