摘要
以蒙脱土代替砂石材料中的黏土,通过混凝土试验,研究砂中蒙脱土含量对掺聚羧酸系减水剂混凝土的初始坍落度和1 h坍落度的影响,研究抗泥助剂对含蒙脱土机制砂混凝土、含黏土机制砂混凝土和天然砂混凝土中聚羧酸高性能减水剂掺量的影响,以及过量抗泥助剂对混凝土抗压强度的影响。研究表明,抗泥助剂可以降低聚羧酸高性能减水剂在含蒙脱土机制砂混凝土、含黏土机制砂混凝土和天然砂混凝土中的掺量,过量的抗泥助剂不会对混凝土的状态和抗压强度带来不良影响。
Using montmorillonite as a substitute for clay in sand and gravel materials,concrete experiments are conducted to investigate the effect of montmorillonite content in sand on the initial slump and 1h slump of concrete mixed with polycarboxylic acid series water reducing agents.The effects of anti-mud additives on the amount of polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agents added in concrete containing montmorillonite machine-made sand,clay machine-made sand concrete,and natural sand concrete are also studied,as well as the impact of excessive anti-mud additives on the compressive strength of concrete.The research shows that anti-mud additives can reduce the amount of polycarboxylate high-performance water reducing agents added to concrete containing montmorillonite machine-made sand,clay machine-made sand,and natural sand,and the excessive anti-mud additives will not have adverse effects on the state and compressive strength of concrete.The summarized experience can be used as a reference for similar projects.
