摘要
依托实体工程元江跨江大桥,研究了高蒸发比下添加附加用水量对超高性能混凝土的性能影响,以及混合梁斜拉桥钢-混结合段超高性能混凝土的施工工艺。详细阐述钢-混结合段UHPC施工技术要点,包括超高性能混凝土高效制备、运输与浇筑施工、养护等质量控制技术。根据现场取样测试结果,验证了独塔斜拉桥钢-混结合段UHPC施工工艺的科学性和实用性。
Based on the physical engineering of the cross river bridge of Yuanjiang,the effect of adding additional water consumption under high evaporation ratio on the performance of ultra-high performance concrete is studied,as well as the construction process of ultra-high performance concrete in the steel-concrete combined section of the hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge.The key points of UHPC construction technology for steel-concrete combined sections are elaborated,including efficient preparation of ultra-high performance concrete,transportation and pouring construction,curing,and other quality control technologies.Based on onsite sampling and testing results,the scientific and practical feasibility of the UHPC construction technology for the steel-concrete combined section of a single tower cable-stayed bridge is verified.
