轨道交通工程装饰装修的施工空间大多受到一定限制,且经常会出现交叉作业,导致材料的运输与安置出现一定的困难,同时装饰装修涉及的专业种类较多,极大地增加了施工现场的调配工作难度。依托重庆轨道交通10号线一期工程装饰装修案例,为解决材料运输难、交叉作业风险高以及设计协调工作量大等难题,总结阐述了轨道交通工程装饰装修的施工与管理要点,通过规范的装饰装修施工流程与科学合理的调配措施,最终有效地保证了装饰装修的施工质量。

The construction space of rail transit engineering decoration is mostly limited,and cross operations often occur,resulting in difficulties in material transportation and placement.While at the same time,the decoration involves multiple professional categories,greatly increasing the difficulty of allocation work on the construction site.Based on the decoration case of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 1o Phase I project,in order to solve the problems of difficult material transportation,high risk of cross operation,and large workload of design coordination,the construction and management points of rail transit engineering decoration are summarized and elaborated.Through standardized decoration construction processes and scientific and reasonable allocation measures,the construction quality of decoration is effectivelyensured.
