炎症性肠病非激素治疗后骨强度影像学评估的研究进展

摘要 低骨量是炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的常见并发症,对IBD患者非激素治疗后的骨强度进行影像学评估,有助于了解患者骨健康状况。双能X线吸收测量仪(dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,DXA)、体层摄影术,X线计算机(X-ray computed,CT)以及磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)等影像学方法能够定量反映IBD患者的骨密度、骨微结构以及骨髓内脂肪含量的变化。本文就IBD致低骨量的机制、IBD非激素干预改善骨强度的机制以及IBD非激素治疗后骨强度影像学评估的研究进展进行综述。 Bone mass loss is a common complication of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Imaging assessment of bone strength in patients with IBD after non-hormonal therapy is conducive to understanding the bone health status of the patients.Imaging methods including dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA),X-ray computed tomography(CT),and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)can quantitatively reflect the changes of bone mineral density,bone microstructure,and bone marrow fat content in IBD patients.The mechanism of bone mass loss induced by IBD,the mechanism of bone strength improvement after non-hormonal interventions for IBD,and the research progress of imaging assessment for bone strength after non-hormonal therapy for IBD are reviewed in the article.
