摘要
肿瘤干细胞(cancer stem cells,CSCs)是一类具有自我更新、多向分化和高致瘤能力的细胞亚群。CSCs与肿瘤的发生、发展以及治疗抵抗密切相关。CSCs在甲状腺癌发生发展中的作用及机制尚不完全清楚。本文对甲状腺癌肿瘤干细胞(thyroid cancer stem cells,TCSCs)的研究进行综述,探讨TCSCs在甲状腺癌研究中的前景,以期更好地诊治甲状腺癌。
Cancer stem cells(CSCs)are a population of cells that have the capacity for self-renewal,cell differentiation and high tumorigenicity.CSCs are critical for cancer initiation,metastasis,recurrence and treatment-resistance.However,their roles in thyroid cancer remain to be fully determined.This review summarizes the research progress of CSCs in thyroid cancer and explores novel strategies using CSCs as potential targets in treatment of thyroid cancer.
