根据腐殖酸的结构和性质,阐述了从低阶煤中提取腐殖酸的方法。为提高腐殖酸的提取率及腐殖酸的活性,详细介绍了机械活化法、氧化降解法、微生物降解法等原料煤的预处理活化方法。基于棕黑腐殖酸与黄腐酸的溶解性差异,分别总结了棕黑腐殖酸与黄腐酸的纯化方法。概述了高纯度腐殖酸类物质在医药领域的研究和应用及添加高纯度腐殖酸类物质的日用化学品研发情况,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
According to the structure and properties of humic acid,the method of extracting humic acid from low rank coal is described.In order to improve the extraction rate of humic acid and the activity of humic acid,the pre-treatment and activation methods of raw coal such as mechanical activation,oxidation degradation and microbial degradation are introduced in detail.Based on the solubility difference of brown humic acid,black humic acid and fulvic acid,the purification methods of brown humic acid,black humic acid and fulvic acid are summarized.The research and application of high-purity humic acid substances in the field of medicine and the research and development of daily chemicals with the addition of high-purity humic acid substances are summarized,and the application prospect is also prospected.
