含聚合磷水溶肥料微粒化造粒试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 因聚磷酸铵中多聚磷酸盐的存在,易吸潮水解,结块严重,作为水溶肥料的原料时,防水解和防结块是主要的技术难点。以20-20-20含聚合磷水溶肥料为例,采用转鼓造粒机进行微粒化造粒,得到粒径为0.85~2.00 mm的微颗粒产品,考察了聚合磷占比和造粒温度对微粒化造粒的影响,并对微颗粒产品的养分含量、溶解性和抗击外力能力进行了测试。结果表明:较优的造粒条件为聚合磷占比25%~50%,造粒温度不宜超过40℃;得到的微颗粒产品的养分含量满足指标要求,且具有一定的抗击外力能力,不易粉化,能够有效防止结块,但溶解速率比粉状产品的慢。 Due to the existence of polyphosphates in ammonium polyphosphate,it is easy to absorb moisture,hydrolyze and caking seriously.When used as the raw material of water-soluble fertilizer,the anti-hydrolysis and anti-caking of the ammonium polyphosphate is the main technical difficulties.Taking 20-20-20 water-soluble fertilizer containing polyphosphates as an example,the micro granulated product with particle size of 0.85-2.00 mm is obtained by using a rotary drum granulator.The effects of the proportion of polyphosphates and the granulation temperature on the micronized granulation are investigated,and the nutrient content,solubility and resistance to external forces of the micro granulated product are tested.The results show that the optimum granulation conditions are 25%-50%of the polyphosphate content,and the granulation temperature should not exceed 40℃.The nutrient content of the micro granulated product meets the index requirements,and has certain resistance to external forces,not easy to pulverize,and can effectively prevent caking.However,the dissolution rate of the micro granulated product is slower than that of the powder product.
