介绍了二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置高压设备齿形垫的结构和工作原理。根据齿形垫原始设计要求,结合齿形垫在实际应用中出现的316L金属芯变色、按规范操作预紧力回装齿形垫后出现泄漏等问题,分析了原因,提出了相应的改进措施。

The structure and working principle of the toothed gasket for the high pressure equipments of the carbon dioxide stripping urea unit are introduced.Based on the original design requirements of the toothed gasket and the problems encountered in its practical application,such as discoloration of the 316L metal core,leakage after reinstalling the toothed gasket with pre tightening force according to specifications,the causes are analyzed and corresponding improvement measures are proposed.
